Yes. The reason is THAT IS HOW APPLE DESIGNED IT TO WORK.
We are not apple. We can't say why Apple made the design choice they did. That's just the way it is.
That said, pleas stop playing with your phone while you're driving.

This is incorrect. the CarPlay display is an extension of the phone's display and is captured as part of a screen-shot.
Its capturing both. Every time i am getting 2 screenshots.
1) With phone and infotaiment screen
2) Other is infotaiment screen.
