Date/Time: August 4, 2025, at 10:47 AM (PST)

Device: iPhone 14 Pro, used in San Diego, CA

Unless and Until the internet is restricted to only honest Users, you must assume:

EVERY dubious message or email you receive is a SCAM !!

NEVER use links handed to you (they are provided by criminals) and NEVER respond.

If you are concerned, LOOK UP the appropriate contact information using fundamental trusted sources, and check on it yourself.

You should provide needed personal information ONLY if YOU initiated the contact.

Then the VOIP hosting site used by the scammer has already removed the number, and no harm done since you did not provide any personal information. The scammer will get a different number and will use that one until it is removed too.
