If your asking for a cheaper way to get it replaced than going to Apple to have it repaired, then yes there are probably third party shops that can repair it cheaper.

However, this would be a very bad idea. Apple doesn't sell their parts to anyone and therefore third party repair shops don't use genuine Apple parts and that can lead to all sorts of problems such as FaceID no longer working, poor quality display, touch screen issues, etc. And Apple won't touch your phone if it needs further repair if you have third party parts in it or they discover that someone else besides an Apple tech or authorized service center tech has tampered with your phone.

Bottom line is only have Apple or an authorized service center repair your phone.

Based on Personal Experience:

Placing a Cover on this: Placing liquid fixes to the iPhone's screen (i.e. Liquid Nano or Liquid Armor) would cancel your AppleCare coverage. So, avoid using it, if you have AppleCare on your iPhone. If you do not have AppleCare, then look into using it.
