Have you cancelled the subscriptions:

Have you determined how the charges occurred?

  • To make a charge on your device it requires an explicit action on your part. The only way someone else can do that is if you gave them your Passcode, which authorizes them to use your device and that includes for purchases. It is up to you to use Restrictions on your device if you grant someone access to the iPhone and don't want them to make purchases. Apple recommends not to sure your Passcode with anyone.
  • If you signed up for a free trial that became a subscription, it requires you to double click the side button with the trial period, Subscription start date, Subscription price, AND the message that says you must cancel the free trial the day before the subscription start date to avoid charges. That is what you agreed to and is followed by authorization with FaceID/TouchID or Passcode.
  • If you are the Organizer of a Family Sharing plan and use Purchase Sharing, you are authorizing members of that plan to use your payment method.

While we cannot override any decision made by Apple, we can help with preventing that from happening and be able to offer specific steps for you to do that.
