Can I return an unused replacement AirPods Pro case?

I lost my airpods pro case and took some time to replace it. When I went to the apple store, I explain the situation to the support team and they sold me the case for 100€. The issue was that the airpods got damage during the months that they were without battery. I will buy some new ones.

Now I'm wondering if I can return the case as it was never used.
