To quickly adjust the Dock’s size, move the pointer over the separator line in the Dock until a double arrow appears, ↕️ then click and drag the pointer down or up.
You can Control-click the separator to access other actions from the shortcut menu.
Click ▶︎ Mac User Guide. 📖
All the best! 👋🏼😉

The question was “ How to make my MacBook Air Dock icons bigger?” and the body in the question do not match “ My widgets are too small.”
The Dock issue has been addressed
The issue of Widgets will be addressed now
Click the Date / Time in the Top Right of the Menu bar
A fly-out should appear revealing the Widgets
To make a widget larger, Control, on keyboard, then on the widget
A sub menu should appear
Choose Small, Medium or Large
Open system settings, then select desktop and dock and use slider to change the size. Note they will only go so large in order to fit all the dock icons.
