does anybody know the transistor count for M4 Pro Max chip?

Negative infinity, because there is no such chip as the M4 Pro Max. Apple has not released the specs. Based on previous data for older M-series chips, the M4 Pro probably has 40-50 billion transistors and the M4 Max probably has 90-100 billion.

The current version has long passed this point and is currently sitting on Sequoia 15.6
