iPhone 16 Pro reminders not syncing to iPhone

When I set reminders on my iphone 16 pro max, I get the reminder on my macbook but not on my iphone. The issue is, I mainly use my macbook at work, so if for example I don't use my macbook for some days, I miss all my reminders, and then I see all the notifications when I eventually turn on Macbook. This issue started recently, previously, I got the reminders both on my phone and on my macbook, now they only show up on mac, regardless of if I set them on my phone. Please fix this!
