iPhone 16e stereo speakers flipped compared to iPhone 8 Plus

You may write in the feedback: “I’ve noticed that on the iPhone 16e, the stereo speaker orientation is reversed from previous models like the iPhone 8 Plus when held in landscape. I’d love an option in Accessibility to flip the Left and Right audio channels for external speakers — just like how audio balance is available for headphones.”

Don't tell us what you think Apple should let you choose. We aren't Apple here. This is a user to user only forum, which Apple doesn't participate, nor read for user feedback.

I don't either. There is left and right, but not stereo orientation. And there is no way to flip them.

Try rotating the phone 180° in landscape mode. It might feel odd at first, but it restores the expected stereo orientation.
