these forums are user helping other users like yourself, it's sort of going to a
physical apple store and asking other customers their advice
to me it sounds like it could be a hardware issue in which case the warranty should cover it

other troubleshooting steps I would try would be
try restarting the ios device Force restart iPhone - Apple Support and check if it resolved
it if it did not then I would try Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support -
Apple Support if that did not resolve it
then maybe reach out to their official support channels
