Can I access iMessages and calls on the web for business purposes?

Sometimes i dont have my phone and i have and buisness calls and i dont have my phone with me so i want Imessages and calls on web.So i hope Apple that you guys understand.I am waiting for your answer

can i call forward on my mobile device I would like to call forward on my mobile device. When I try to turn on I get a message that says FaceTime and iCloud must be signed in to the same Apple ID to enable Calls on Other Devices. What am I missing?
