Recovering old iCloud account without access to email or phone number

I need you to help me recover my old iCloud account. I restarted my phone because I changed the password and I forgot the password but I also forgot that I can’t access my old email because whenever I try to log in it tells me I need to put in a code that I will receive on my old phone number and I also don’t have access to my old phone number.
