How to set up wallet after iPhone factory reset?

Hi there I factory resetted my iPhone and when I went though setup/wallet normally it would ask what verification method I would like ie text message or phone call but this time it didn't ask just added my card... Is this normal?

Not Receiving Verification Code for Debit Card in Wallet I got a new iPhone last week and I’ve been trying to set up my debit card in Wallet. On my previous iPhone it worked fine. My new phone shows the card okay and all the details are correct, however when I click to verify and request a code via text message, nothing comes through even though it’s the right phone number. I’m in limbo. The card is accepted but not verified so I can’t use Apple Pay. This is apparently because my bank has already verified the card on my old phone. What’s the solution?

If you can't add Wise card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay Tried to add me Wise physical card to my Apple Wallet - it gave me 2 options for card verification: (1) SMS code; (2) Email code. Chose SMS code, but SMS never came through. Tried other 2 times, and no SMS. For the third time, it requested me to call Wise (card issuer) as verification method. I had already called Wise several times, but they said they cannot perform any verification through the phone - verification methods to add a card are SMS and email only. Tried to remove the card and add it from few different ways (through Wise app, through Wallet), but from now on, only verification method Apple accepts is "Call Wise". Anyone had the same issue?
