Where is reduce clutter, auto empty trash, suggestions in Sequoia MacMini

Where are these now hidden in Sequoia? I'm trying to figure out why my System Data is 139GB of 422 used... And why only 100gb is being saved in the iCloud and I'm getting notices I'm running out of iCloud storage. And my total iCloud Storage with family computers is 320GB of 2TB I pay for every month.

Q- Where are these now hidden in Sequoia?

A- The “ Hidden “ Setting are the setting in your image. They are not hidden as per your image

A - With the setting Not Enabled, all your files will be located On the Internal Drive of this computer. Not in iCloud Drive

Q - I’m trying to figure out why my System Data is 139GB of 422 used...

A - 344 GB Drive capacity is actually a 512 Drive Capacity as there are no Internal Drives offered from Apple with 422 GB

A- System Data  has a mount point of “ /System/Volumes/Data “ and as such,  is where your User Account folder ( Home folder )  is location in the Drive Structure of Sequoia

A - 139 GB of System/Volume/Data is reasonable. Doing the math 139 GB divided  512 GB = would be about 27.148 % usage of the Total Drive Capacity
