You can pull the drive from the computer, place it into an external drive enclosure or use a drive adapter cable to plug it into another computer and access your files that way. You won't need a password to access the files on that drive when it's connected to another Mac in this way.

For example, this SATA to USB drive adapter cable available at Amazon.

It’s impossible. You can try erasing the disk and reinstalling macOS from there but you can’t go further legally.

Your Mac does not store the unencrypted password. There is no way to pry it out because it simply does not have it.

Passwords are encrypted as they are entered, and all your Mac can tell you, when you enter the same characters and they get encrypted in the same way is "Was that it?"
