I had the contents of my old Macbook pro transferred into my new Macbook air and a message started popping up. I followed the instructions from one of the posts and took screenshots of the files the search came up with. I don't know what to do with the information now.

Citrix ReceiverHelper is a program, not a virus.
macOS is good at keeping your system safe. Just be sure to apply all macOS software updates promptly after they’re released by Apple.

That is correct. Back in my Microsoft Windows days, I would never think of such a suggestion. During my nearly two decades of Mac experience, I never considered using an antivirus.
I deleted a few things of the list, including the Citrix receiver and the message does not pop up anymore! Yay. Thank you
Does it mean a virus/ malware/ spyware is out of my computer? Norton interestingly did not detect it. Any suggestions for a good antivirus program? Thanks
