After updating my iPhone 16Pro to iOS 18.6 my hotspot won’t connect to the cell service. Reset network settings. And still nothing.
anyone else having issues? I’m on AT&T 5G+ network.

Check to see if AT&T has a carrier update for your iPhone as follows:
Settings > General > About and look to see if there is a carrier update notice there.
Otherwise, you will need to check with AT&T Customer Support since the Hotspot feature is provided by the carrier....not by Apple.
Ok. Figured it out. My iPad somehow was blocking the broadcast. I restarted my iPad and boom. Hotspot activated.
Stopped in at Att tonight and they were stumped. No one else is having the issue that I’m having. Guy at Att had the same phone with the same update and his hotspot worked just fine. Tried a network reset on my phone. Still nothing.
