iPhone and iPad unable to connect to home Wi-Fi with correct password

My iPhone and IPad won’t connect to my home WiFi and states the password is incorrect when it is not. My phone and iPad recently updated. What is going on?

Do you use a VPN on either device? If yes, they often cause connectivity issues and are NOT needed on an iOS based device. Remove the VPN profile in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.

If you don't use a VPN, on your devices, open Settings > Wifi - forget your home network, then connect to it again.
