How do I factory reset iPhone 11 without passcode or computer?

I was moving awhile back and found an old iphone 11 in my storage. Its not mine, We dont know where it came from, And we dont know the original owners information. So, I wanted to factory reset it so i can use it as a backup phone. Heres the problem though, I dont have a computer that has the right amount of storage to go through itunes or anything else. Im trying to figure out how to factory reset it without a computer or without having to put in a passcode to get to the settings. If anyone or apple can help i would appreciate that alot!! Thanks!!

Sorry, but you CANNOT use the phone. Since you aren't the original owner, you don't know the account credentials required to reset the phone. Apple will NEVER help someone other than the original owner, and then only if the owner can present the original purchase receipt with the phone's serial number plainly printed on the receipt. It doesn't matter if you found it or bought it. It's a totally useless brick to you.

Drop it by any Apple Store or electronics store who can recycle it responsibly.
