last month, my iphone 16 pro max was stolen. i tried to track it, but seems like been erased through find my app. can you help me to block it by IMEI number of my iphone?

Blocking can be done in many other ways; you do not require an IMEI number to block a lost iPhone. --> Do's and Don'ts for lost iPhones - Switch… - Apple Community
in some countries if you give them (local law enforcement) your IMEI when you report the phone stolen, they will get all carriers in the country block the phone from being used on their cellular networks
