Uh, Apple makes it very, very hard (impossible?) to call their support from a different country. All the numbers I see for them are regional listings only. For example, the USA number is toll-free and only works if the caller is using a USA based service.
radik galvitdenov: Unless you can go to a country where Apple does have live support, I suspect there isn't any good solution for you since you will find it very hard to contact Apple. You apparently do a have a working Apple Account since you are posting here, and you could try contacting support using that account. Maybe they can advise you about the other account, unless both are from the same region and there truly is no kind of 'live' support at all.
