How can I resolve Apple Account sign-in issues for in-app purchases?

When I try to purchase vbucks in in-app purchases It tells me to put the passcode in for my device and then it tells me to sign in to my apple account.When I sign in nothing happens the purchase doesn’t go through and I have balance in my apple account it’s 10 dollars.When I go back to the app after I signed in to my apple account the purchase hasn’t gone through. Do you guys know how to fix this and if it’s a glitch or what the problem is? Because I have 10 dollars in my apple account just sitting there because the purchases aren’t going through

We can't guess for sure why your purchase hasn't gone through, from the info. provided.

Also, we are all Apple users, like yourself, so have no access to your account or details.

Have a look at some of the possible causes / solutions below.


You may have in-app restrictions / screen-time / content / restrictions set:

Manage App Store purchases, settings, and restrictions on iPad - Apple Support


You may be trying to purchase something that is not available in your country or region:

Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support


Apple may, or may not, be able able to accept an Account Balance in your country or region

See which: Payment methods that you can use with your Apple Account - Apple Support


Not everything online or in apps can be purchased using an Apple balance.

Eg: The app developer may require a different payment method for in-app purchases

or The in-app purchases may cost more than $10 Account balance:
