Apple watch series 10 jet black Paint peeling off

I am experiencing issues with series 10 jet black, the paint is peeling off from the back.

They are refusing to repair /replace.

They saying its a cosmetic damage and is not covered in warranty.

Its clearly a manufacturing defect on the paint job. Many users are affected by this and they are denying the issue.

Totally frustrated after spending so much money and not getting any support.
