Speaker out issue on iPhone: Can't be heard during calls

has anyone went to like Cspire techs in store and had there speaker looked at I can call out and get calls in but they can not hear me I hear them I was told it was like my volume was really high that it went really low almost like I held the phone to my mouth and took away and then another person is also told me that it’s here and their Miss

Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings <—————————RESET

If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

the basics —if a restart does not solve your problem proceed


Have you shutdown & restarted the iPhone ie power off/on...

Reset or a Force Restart,

Restore from backup, restore as new device.
