Problem importing passwords into keychain

Dropbox Passwords is shutting down, so I'm attempting to import my passwords into Apple Keychain. However, I'm getting an error message despite having exported the passwords into a csv-file that corresponds to Apple Keychain column structure.

I've adjusted the columns to the apple format: Title,URL,Username,Password,Notes,OTPAuth

Additionally, I've removed all "special characters" from the file (i.e. å, ä, ö).

Still, I get an error message stating that Keychain can't import the passwords:

I'm using Sequoia 15.6 in Swedish; translated it says "Keychain couldn't import passwords from the CSV-file".

Problem here is that contacting Apple Support in Sweden isn't exactly easy accessible, hence me writing here in order to get community help.

I see various post with alternatives, if no resolve. Maybe you have exhaust all these resources.

All of apples, tools that import a CSV are extremely picky about the format.

You should be able to enclose any lines with special characters with double quotes, and especially make sure there are no commas in any of the fields. If so, again enclose the entire field in double quotes.

I would also try breaking up the file into smaller parts making sure you add the header line to every file.

when entering the double quotes, make sure they are not being converted into curly quotes.

1. Thank you for your attempts!

However,
The links aren't really helpful in importing into apple passwords. I've been able to export and I have all the Dropbox Passwords in a fully functional CSV-file. I just can't import in into Keychain/Apple Passwords.
2. I'm trying to AVOID an additional platform, so i.e. 1password is what I don't want to use since I should be able to use Apples own functions.

I tried changing system language to English, but I still get the same result and the same error message... just in English now.
