Chrome will not let me sign into Apple TV on my computer.

I can sign into Apple TV on all my Apple devices, but not on my Windows 10 based computer while using Chrome. It is my normal browser and I can log into anything and everything else while using Chrome, except for Apple TV, including everything else Apple, such as:

account.apple.com

icloud.com

iTunes

and anything else.

I tried other browser and I'm able to log into Apple TV using DuckDuckGo, MS Edge and Firefox... again, just not Chrome.

Based on that information Apple support said it is a Google Chrome support issue. Can anyone help?

Sounds like Chrome’s the culprit here. Since you can sign in on other browsers and devices, it’s likely something in Chrome’s cache, cookies, or settings is blocking Apple TV’s sign-in page.

Try clearing Chrome’s cache and cookies, then quit and reopen the browser. Also check if you have any extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) that might be interfering — temporarily turn them off and try signing in again.

If that works, you can turn extensions back on one by one to find the troublemaker. And make sure Chrome is fully updated, since older builds can cause weird sign-in issues with streaming sites.
