Was the invoice you provided an official invoice from an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider? That's what you'll need, and proof of your Apple Account or in relation to the device won't help.

Do you not know your Apple Account or password? You logged into this site using both. You should be able to unlock your device using the same password.
