iOS 18.6 and iPhone 15 calls do not ring and non-contact users go straight to voicemail

After doing the latest 2 iOS updates my iPhone 15 started having issues. First people that call and are not in my contacts go straight to voicemail no ring. Latest update now I not only don’t get any call notifications but no sound when a text message is received! None of my setting have bed. Changed by me so at a loss as to what is occurring, any ideas?
