Prorated refund for suspended X Premium Basic subscription
I bought an "X Premium Basic" annual subscription. X suspended my account 4 months in for reasons not specified. I cancelled the subscription, but how do I get a prorated refund for the subscription? Seems like I shouldn't have to pay for 8 months of service that X now refuses to give me. Seems like a class action suit in the making.
