How do I retrieve a list of users impacted by Domain Capture for Apple ID transition?

Two days ago we enabled Domain Capture in our ABM account and ABM shows 66 accounts impacted. When I down load the "Account Names List" from Preferences - Managed Apple Accounts - the manage link under Domains, the CSV just says "No Records". Is there some other setting that I'm missing that would show this information? We are wanting to follow up with impacted users and make sure they understand what they are being asked to do?
