I can’t find .5 On front camera when recording.

If, by any chance, you meant to ask about the rear camera system, the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max all have an Ultra-Wide rear camera, and a 0.5x rear camera setting.
The iPhone 16e does not.
