Removing an unknown Bluetooth device on iPhone

I mistakenly tapped on a Bluetooth connection that I can’t remove because it has no “i” button. How can I remove it?

Yep that is a BLE device added by an app. I do not know what device that would be, but go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Bluetooth, and turn off permissions for any apps one at a time until it is removed to get a better idea what it could be. Thank you for the redactions in your Screenshot.

It could be your Libre, and when you turn off the Bluetooth permissions for the Libre app, it will be removed. You can enable permissions again. If you are able to turn them off on the device, you may also want to try that to see if it disappears or disconnects.

Post a screenshot of the Bluetooth page and let us know which device you are concerned about.

Also check at Settings > Privacy & Security > Bluetooth. Apps listed here can add Bluetooth devices that do not go through the "pairing" process that you may be used to where you would see the info button next to them for removal. That is because they use BLE and you manage those devices within the app that you have given permission to, or turn off permission for the app and any devices that it connected will be disconnected form the Bluetooth page.
