Not receiving text notification sound on my iPhone 16

They won't show up on my iPhone (the little red number on the app) when I click the app, it will show the blue dot. https://youtube.com/shorts/aDvBe8P9X7Q?feature=share the message will show up on my lock screen but I don't get the sound either... I've checked the settings.
