Normally app subscriptions are made, billed and cancelled through Apple rather than the app developer. There is an Apple article that explains how to cancel subscriptions. Click on the following link: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
Cancel a free trial the same way as you would cancel a paid subscription.
Be sure to cancel at least a day before the renewal date.
