Hello Apple Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

I currently have a remaining balance of 0.13 EUR on my Apple ID account. Because of this small balance, I am unable to change my country/region in the App Store.

Since this amount is too small to use for any purchase, I kindly request your assistance in removing or zeroing out this balance, so that I can successfully update my account region.

The people on these boards are mostly other customers, not Apple Support. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
