The iPhone is blocked on the fraudster's Apple ID

My iPhone 13 is locked on someone else's Apple ID.

I have a box, but the receipt is lost. Please help me to remove the lock.

The IMEI/Serial number must be on the original receipt where it shows YOU purchased it, but you cannot remove the Activation Lock with an IMEI number alone, or even with the box.

  • Proof of ownership documentation is required.
  • Proof of ownership must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID
  • Your device must not be in Lost Mode.
