Have no idea what you are talking about. Apple Arcade is an optional subscription service for those that want to play all the games there without any ads or in-app purchases. It is certainly not required to use your device. If you signed up for a free trial and did not cancel it before the start of the subscription, then of course you must pay as that was the agreement when you authorized the free trial. I don't know what the reference to updating your Account Wallet means.
