iPhone 14 Plus is stuck in black and white mode on iOS 18.6 even with Grayscale turned off

I am using iOS 18.6

i phone 14 plus

I am stuck in a black and white x-ray looking mode

There are no color filters on and gray scale is not checked

I also checked on my shortcut and it also is not checked there

What can I do to correct this and bring color back to factory settings?
