Concern Regarding Hinge Stiffness on MacBook Air M3

My new MacBook Air M3 (13-inch) observed that the hinge is unusually tight, making it difficult to open the laptop with one hand. I initially reported this concern to your customer care team, as per their advice, I also visited both an Apple service center and an Apple store. At both places, the staff confirmed that this hinge stiffness appears to be a manufacturing defect present in all MacBook Air M3 models. As this impacts the usability and experience of the device, I would like to know: What corrective action Apple is planning to address this issue. Whether a replacement, repair, or any official resolution is available. If Apple plans to release an official statement or service program for affected MacBook Air M3 units. I would appreciate your guidance on how this can be resolved, as I believe such an issue should not exist in a new Apple product.
