How many areas are there to sign in using your Apple account? Like - in settings, App Store, Game Center, etc… There are so many. Does it affect your Data if you sign in with two separate accounts? Say, one for settings and one for App Store, or is that even possible?

Everything, including access to date, will be affected. In order to switch from one account to another, you will have to sign out of your current Apple account, then sign in with the other account. Apps, music and much more are licensed to specific accounts. And if your accounts are registered to different countries or regions, you will have to set up appropriate addresses, credit cards, etc. for each country.

Yes! Somehow my country/ region was changed and now once I got it back to USA it has 95% of my apps gone or they are just white with a grid inside of square with no name under them letting me what app it was and even when I try to hold the app down to edit nothing happens but I can edit the apps that look normal. I’m wondering if I can just apply a backup from before all this happened but nervous to erase and delete all data even though it’s all backed up.
The process to change region is very complicated. So it is not something that "somehow" changes. If your account is now attached to the US, You will probably have to re-download the apps that were downloaded or purchased when your account was tied to another country. Some apps may still work, but it would be on a case by case basis. I do not think applying a previous backup would work because the apps would still be restricted by region. You may want to make an appointment at the Genius Store at your closest Apple Store. They can help you work thru this.
