After updating to IOS 18.6.1 non-Apple devices are not connecting using Bluetooth. I've tried rebooting the iPhone 15 Pro Max and turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on.

It’s not the update. Bluetooth connectivity is working for the vast majority of users. If it was the update these forums would be overwhelmed with complaints. They are not.
Turn Bluetooth off, then tap the blue ‘info’ button on each third party device and select “Forget This Device”. Restart your iPhone, turn Bluetooth on and wait for those device s to show up again and try connecting again.
