Adobe sign-in loop on MacBook Pro with Sequoia 15.6

Just in case anyone has any magical solutions (!):

I have an Adobe sign in loop issue and have been through the suggested un and re installation workflows with both Adobe and Apple support with neither able to solve the issue. I can sign in with a guest account and use Adobe Apps but not my current admin account - keep getting a repeated log in loop. There are no Secure Notes in Keychain Access to delete and I don't have any active VPNs / anti-virus software or firewall. Adobe was running fine with early Sequoia updates but had an issue with (I think) 15.3 that left the computer without wifi. Since then there seemed to be a problem but could be a coincidence.

This is on a 2019 Macbook Pro running Sequoia 15.6.

Had tried many things and can use the online version of the App, although would be nice to be able to use the offline version too.
