Passwords icon missing from Dock in macOS 15.6

Passwords were on Sysyem Setting. Then an update moved them to the dock. With the latest update (16.6) I can find the updates only by going to the applications folder and if I drag it to the dock the computer won't allow it to stay there. Can I get the passwords icon back on the dock?

I am sorry but where did you say the Passwords ( implied, application ) where in System Setting ?

There is a new Application introduced in Sequoia and it is called " Passwords "

It is located in Applications folder

Once to launch the Passwords application and it is running

You can Control and click the Passwords application icon in the Dock

This should present a sub menu similar to the 2nd image below

Choose to " Keep in Dock "
