This might be a stretch but I’ve been looking for an emoji that sits as playful and daring! It reminds me of Junie B. Jones when she was always sticking her tongue out to blow raspberries at the characters in her book. Can we get that emoji into the Apple update?

Apple doesn't create emoji. The Unicode Consortium does. For an emoji to be adopted, it has be approved by them.
