did you try resetting the Network settings(?)
Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings <—————————RESET
If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
if no resolve I would talk to your carrier for issues with your cellular, if the reset does not solve your problem— they can re-provision your device remotely if there are issues/ eSIM issues etc..
