when I go to pay Apple account and link a card to it, it starts pulling off a bunch increments of money
I keep getting money pulled out for unpayed app subscriptions and I don’t even know where they’re coming from

If you have pending charges and unfulfilled subscription payments, yes, Apple will attempt to complete them when you add a payment method.
