iPhone 16 Pro not connecting to Wi-Fi after reset

Do you have a VPN on your iPhone? If you do, they cause all sorts of connectivity issues, they aren't needed and don't provide the security many think they do. If you have a VPN on your phone, don't just turn it off, open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management completely remove the VPN Profile from your phone.

Since you do not indicate what steps you have done to troubleshoot this besides reset wi-fi and reset phone, there are the other steps that Apple recommends if your phone will not connect to wi-fi. It would also help if you described what happens when you try. Do you see an error message? Does wi-fi turn on? Do you see the SSID for your network appear on the phone?

How have you troubleshot this, so far? It all comes down to getting an IP address, for starters.

What is the LAN Type?:

If this is a Private LAN (home network), then you can troubleshoot getting access yourself(restart your router). If this is a Public LAN(cafe network), then you might need a new key code.
