Found a discussion board that instructed me to take screenshots of 3 different finder windows with files that may be causing the problem - so here they are - allegedly someone will be able to look at these and tell me which file(s) are responsible for the incessant "Malware Blocked" pop ups? please and thank you for your help!

Are you currently using Citrix?
If your Malware popup references "ServiceRecords" or "ReceiverHelper", then it is your Citrix files. Remove all Citrix files you see in those bottom 2 folders, and if it is something you use, then you can install it again. The files there were installed 7 years ago, so you may not have the latest version.

I don't see anything there.
Perhaps try disabling browser notifications which can also be a source as well:
