I used to be able to, but now I can't. I can sign in on my iPhone, but not on my computer (my browser is Chrome).
I have tried to sign in both via password AND via passkey, but everytime when I have put in my password og authenticated via passkey, it starts all over from "sign in"!
Can somebody help me?
Try deleting the browser caches, and browser cookies for the apple.com domain.

Then try again.
as stated try another browser, or download the appletv+ app from windows app store if it's a windows computer
Contact Chrome support and ask them as Chrome is not an Apple product. If you are using a Mac then use the TV app instead of a browser or use Safari to login. Chrome is a nasty bag of feral cats in my opinion.
