My iPhone 16 Pro Max is stuck in dictation enabled mode

my iphone 16 pro max is stuck in dictation enabled mode which means every text i write grabs ambient text. i have disabled dictation in settings/general/language and still the phone dictation is ongoing.

Force your iPhone to restart:

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this might take longer than 10 seconds).

Try and force restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist

quickly press and release the volume up button, then quickly press and release the volume down button. Finally, press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
